We stand behind every piece. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order — without providing a reason.

2. How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@quantrogroup.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us at info@quantrogroup.com to arrange an exchange.

6. Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full replacement or refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
