These terms govern your use of quantro.com and any purchase made through our platform. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU customers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor discrepancies may occur.
3. Order & Payment
By completing checkout you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us. We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed securely — we do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for full details. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU law. See our Returns Policy for full instructions.
6. Warranty & Defective Goods
All products come with a statutory 2-year warranty under EU consumer law. If your item is defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@quantrogroup.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on quantro.com — including text, images, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of Quantro Consulting Group AB and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Quantro Consulting Group AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts. EU customers retain their statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
