2–3 Weeks Delivery
Every order is processed with care. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation for delivery worldwide.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship to over 150 countries. Every shipment is tracked and fully insured until delivered to your address.
Free Over 150€
Orders above 150€ ship for free. Standard shipping fees apply to orders below this threshold.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 48–72 business hours of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, including a tracking number.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery takes 2–3 weeks. This timeframe accounts for quality control, preparation, and international logistics. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
3. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link. You can monitor your shipment in real-time through our carrier partner's portal.
4. Customs & Import Duties (EU Customers)
All prices on quantro.com include applicable VAT for EU customers. For customers outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Quantro ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for non-EU destinations.
5. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a notification. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to us after 14 days. A re-shipping fee may apply for redelivery.
